I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the train station. The room was beautifully decorated and offered all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The ironing facilities, air conditioning, and mini-bar were excellent additions. I also appreciated the sitting area and in-room safe. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. The hotel provided free toiletries and an electric kettle, making it even more convenient.

I highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

The bed was comfortable as expected. It is not far from the airport. Free parking was provided to the guests. A characterful base for exploring Shenzhen.

It was in a good location and the staff were very friendly and helpful (except for a few). Overall the rooms were of acceptable quality for the Guangzhou region. Good place to sleep and shop.

Bathroom door lock was broken and the shower drain was clogged. The basic things that were not up to expectations were really disappointing. The receptionists seemed somewhat annoyed at my desire to check multiple rooms until I found a decent one, probably better if they didn't express there distaste at me while I was still in front of them (regardless of what language they chose to do so in).

Convenient Location

This place is just a short walk from the metro station, making it super easy to get around 🚇. Plus, you can easily reach Haidilao Hot Pot for a delicious lunch nearby.

We stayed here primarily due to its location near to "Fairy Lake Botanical Gardens" A beautiful and well maintained Mountain Park.

If anything the hotel should be more aware of the Tourist places to visit.

The hotel rooms are nice, comfortable and good looking. The staff was very helpful and spoke a good enough English. The location is excellent for my needs (i use the train much and came from Hong Kong) which are to be near the railway station in LuoHu. Easy to find a cab anytime. I would recommend this hotel anytime as long as they keep it up.

1) the water from the shower was very little, took a while everytime i used it. 2) the breakfast can be improved. 3) a little expensive for being a hotel in that area of Shenzhen but in these two months (April and May) it's full of exhibitions, so do not expect the usual prices in Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Shanghai.

The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and plenty of natural light. the hotel is located in a convenient area, close to public transportation and shopping centers. I also appreciated the helpful staff, who were always available to answer questions and offer suggestions.

The Wi-Fi connection was very weak and unreliable, which made it difficult to work or stay connected with friends and family. the breakfast buffet was very limited and lacked variety, which was disappointing considering the price of the room.

Late check out available. Hotel staff exercises flexibility on timing. Value for money for location and furnishing.

Located very close to the train station and Louhu Business district, this hotel is conveniently situated for travelers. the rooms are comfortable and clean, with free internet access. the staff is friendly and helpful, and housekeeping is excellent.

Some rooms may have a cigarette smell, which can be disappointing for non-smoking guests.

when i'm check in to the hotel, the room doesn't ready.. so, i need to wait like 20 minutes.. after that, the reseptionist told me that the room is ready, but when i see the room, the room was not ready...

We met up with friends at Days Hotel, and it was close enough with walking distance to the things we wanted to do.

The floor was not vacuumed in our room upon our arrival or at anytime during our stay. Also, the bed could have been a bit softer.

Best aspects of my xmas stay: The hotel room was clean and the staff was friendly. The location was convenient as it was close to the train station and shopping areas. the hotel had good Wi-Fi connection.

Worst aspects of my xmas stay: the hotel had a strange odor that made it difficult to enjoy the stay.

very cenrtal position, next to Luohu railway station, but still if you have bagage not so easy to get!!!!

how ever they say that there is a train to the airport, but there is not, must use taxior there transportation (must pay for it), if you like and looking for "copy" of everything, so thats the place Luohu railway station, open untill very late

It is one of the nicest hotels in Shenzhen; It almost is as good as the Shanga-la hotel opposite the railroad station in terms of how clean, and comfortable the rooms are.

Although it looks like the hotel is a short walk from the train station, looks can be misleading. Because of the way the roads are laided out and the fact that you cannot "jay walk" around that area -- it is actually about a 15 minute walk away particularly if you have luagged and cannot use the underground tunnels (because of the stairs).
